The Parochial Church Council is the executive committee of All Saints’ Church. It is a charity and does not receive any funding from the Local Authority or Church of England. The Vicar, Churchwardens and representatives of the congregation are the trustees. The council is responsible for making decisions on all matters of general concern to All Saints’, including its finances and maintenance. However, it is bound by the legal proceedings of the Diocese of St Albans and the Church of England. The PCC operates under the Parochial Church Council Powers Measure. Correspondence to the council should be sent to the Secretary.
