Children

Children are very welcome at All Saints’ and our friendly Sunday School team run regular activities for them.

Children in Church

Toys, books, and colouring pencils are available in the children’s corner in church. There are toilet and baby changing facilities in the Hall. After the service you are welcome to stay for tea or coffee in the Hall.

Sunday School

During the 10am Sung Mass there is a Sunday School in the Hall with Bible stories, craft and prayers. Children of all ages are very welcome (it helps if adults stay with little ones). They leave during the first hymn and return in time to go up to the communion rail for a blessing.

Please note that there is no Sunday school on the first Sunday of the month, when the service uses more accessible words and hymns.

Activity Afternoons

Our Sunday School team runs free activity afternoons in church that are popular with local children. The activities include art and craft, cooking, and games.

Please contact the Sunday School leader to register your interest.

Choristers

Children in our choir enjoy singing and have fun learning musical skills and performing together – click here to find out more.

Parish Breakfast

After every Sung 10am Mass in the Hall there is a chance for everyone to meet and chat over refreshments. The children enjoy the food and they play as they would at any family get together.

Safeguarding

All Saints’ is a safe place for children with robust safeguarding practices in place. These are managed by our Safeguarding officer and detailed in our Safeguarding Policy.
