A rich variety of church music is an integral part of our worship and prayer, supported by a fine Willis Pipe Organ. Occasional special services draw on a wide variety of music from many traditions and periods. The church building has outstanding acoustics and is also a popular venue for concerts.

For the Sunday mass there is a robed choir who sing a variety of settings and anthems. The choir is affiliated to the Royal School of Church Music - choristers study for RSCM medals using the Voice for Life scheme. The Choristers sing with the adults for the All Age Mass on the First Sunday of the month.

We are always delighted to welcome new members of all ages to the choir. Children and Sopranos do not need experience or musical knowledge. Altos, Tenors and Basses will need some music reading ability. For more information, please contact the Director of Music.

The choir meets on Fridays (term time) for:

  • Voices for Life 7pm
  • Choristers Practice 7:30pm
  • Refreshments 8pm
  • Choir Practice 8:15pm
